Shankar is the co-founder of Marketics, one of India's largest providers of Marketing Analytics services. Marketics was founded in 2003 and scripted a fantastic success story of revenue and profitable growth before it was sold off to WNS Global Services. Shankar oversaw the overall growth and expansion of Marketics from a fledgling firm of 8 people to a 250+ strong, highly profitable organization in a span of 5 years. Shankar holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Sunder spearheads overall strategy and is functionally responsible for technology, sourcing & alliances, investor relations, finance & accounting, HR and corporate affairs. Sunder has 8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate treasury, corporate finance and customer relationship management. He worked for over 7 years with Tata Consultancy Services and a year with Yes Bank. Sunder is a chartered accountant and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Prashant heads marketing, branding and is functionally responsible for client and customer service. Prashant has 8 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, product management and project management. He has worked with Tata Consultancy Services for nearly 7 years leading large accounts in the Telecom vertical. He has worked for a year in the marketing strategy team of one of India's largest Telecom player. Prashant is a B.E. (Electronics) and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Krishnan heads operations. Krishnan has 9 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, customer relationship management, supply chain and logistics. He has worked for 7 years with Sundaram Clayton, a leading auto component manufacturer, and for 2 years with McKinsey & Company. Krishnan is a B.E. from BITS Pilani, M.S. from the University of Warwick, UK and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
